Jason's Inspiration :  This lunch box was designed by Jim Hankins and the base kit was gifted to us by our friend Tanya Doner-Kostynuk , owner of Riley and Company stamps. We appreciated her kindness so very much that after completing the project, she saw the posting on Social Media and was very excited about the outcome - so, we shipped it to her as a surprise which she loved! It's wonderful to share kindness and brighten someone's day. :-) Description Using the base Lunchbox kit by Jim Hankins , I used the Graphic 45 "A Proper Gentleman" papers, chipboard and embellishments to bring the piece to life. I added some custom knobs, gears, watch parts and other ephemera. Jason's Inspiration : I found this unique wooden rectangular box and I wanted to use many of the new chipboard art elements I had recently purchased. Description : This steampunk-inspired includes a copper-orange seahorse, with gears with a wide variety of ephemera and found objects; chipboard laser cuts from Dusty Attic and Prima Finnabair Mechanical Flourishes; texture paste and waxes. Acrylic paints where hand-blended to reflect the depths of the ocean. Jason's Inspiration :  My wife Nanci and I were excited to take Jamie Dougherty's "Into the Forest" clock class during the Prima Art Venture - Gather Charity Wings! Since Nanci and I both signed up for the class, I decided to do a steampunk themed clock for my project which now hangs in my office. Description: We used round wooden board for the clock base. I used Timeworks Decoupage tissue paper by Prima for the foundation of the design. I added a wide variety of gears, numbers and ephemera. I installed a simple clock kit but then went on to add a tactile grouping of gears along the bottom to give the piece a unique look while adding depth and drama.
